www.antique-buddha-shop.com are antique unique pieces and therefore can
only be ordered unique.
To prevent misunderstandings and false deliveries, please state the
following with every order given:
In placing an order via e-mail
info@antique-buddha-shop.com, kindly transmit the following data
to us. The information given will be treated as strictly confidential.
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number (for possible further inquiries)
- Name, number and price of the object.
The customer shall be liable for any risk resulting from inexplicable
errors in transmission. Nevertheless, we will anxiously check unclear
circumstances through corresponding inquiries directly with you.
Order:
An order can only be accepted after previous inspection of the
antique item.
An appointment for viewing the object will be agreed personally
according to location.
Prices and shipping costs:
All prices are net prices.
Foreign countries:
Only the actual forwarding expenses will be charged. We will inform
you of the the amount of expenses upon request.
The customer will have to bear any charges for import like customs
duties if they occur.
Inland Germany:
Regarding delivery from or in Germany freight will be forwarded
and parceled free of charge by forwarders or by by personal delivery.
VAT of 17% is not included in the price given. – only for Sales in
Germany.
Payment:
Prepayment: If the order is accepted by us after your inspection of
the object, please transfer, after receiving our written confirmation,
50% of the total amount invoiced to our account. After receipt of
payment delivery will take place as soon as possible.
The final payment of 50% is due on delivery of the goods.
Complaints:
Slight deviations from the product description, in particular with
antique objects, do not entitle to the additional complaint.
Regarding personal delivery the buyer will confirm to the vendor in
writing to assume duly the object/objects in his ownership. Additional
complaints can’t be admitted.
Damages in transit:
In case the shipment is not personally delivered by the vender, but
through hauliers, the following terms of shipment apply.
Please, examine the delivery on damages in transit. On damaged state
of the delivery, whether from the outside or inside, you will have to
obtain a confirmation of the damage through the delivery agent or
forwarding agency immediately and submit it to us.
In case you discover external damages of the delivery, please do only
unpack the box in the presence of the delivery agent! Without the
delivery agent’s written confirmation of the damage we can’t grant a
guarantee and won’t be able to reimburse the goods value.
Foreign deliveries can generally only be made against a 100%
prepayment.

Sold items will be deleted from the website immediately.
Unless otherwise agreed, our offers are always without obligations

party. We are not liable for defects caused during electronic

The place of fulfillment and legal domicile for shops in Germany is

For foreign buyers German law will apply to all contracts.
Should one of the preceding regulations be ineffective or incorrect,
all other regulations keep their validity.
The ineffective regulation is to be replaced with a regulation, that
according to it’s meaning (in legal and economic respect) is closest to
the ineffective one.
